The center is at 193 Mansfield St., New Haven.
When coming from out of town, take I-95 or I-91 to New Haven. By way of I-95, take I-91 north at
New Haven. From I-91 north and south, get off at Exit 3, the Trumbull Street exit. Continue to
the end of the exit ramp. Go through the first three lights (Orange, Whitney, and Temple Streets).
At the next light (Prospect Street) take a right and go one block. At the next light (Sachem
Street) take a left and drive past the main entrance to the Yale Hockey Rink. Take the first right
onto Mansfield Street, and continue on Mansfield for three blocks. The Zen Center is a three-story,
blue house on the right (#193). Park in front or in the driveway on the right hand side of the
house.
